yeah you know what? Fuck this. I'm busy. There are plenty of music blogs out there and I don't know why mine will be any better than those other ones.

Already?

The site wants you to immediately begin writing as soon as you're done with the blog name, as if I didn't exhaust all my creative energy trying and failing to come up with a good name for the thing. You'd think naming things would be easy. Bands name things all the time. Sure, sometimes they're not great names, but not every person has a good name either. I apologize to anyone born in the last 30 years who was named Edith or Wilbur. Your mother was on morphine when you were born and she didn't know what she was doing. I hope you have a bitchin' middle name, like Ezra or Galileo. I wish I could name this blog Ezra, but that corner of the internet is occupied by 13 entries from 2006, including one "BLUE POEM," about the color blue. God I hope that is not the same fate this blog will meet.
I am here to discuss music. I'm sure my peers on other social media sites will thank me for taking my many posts about music elsewhere. I don't claim to be Almighty Authority Of All Sounds, but I will claim to be a sound enthusiast. I like to talk about sounds. This is an outlet for me to do so. Please feel free to take my evaluations of music as the Word of the Lord and something that must be blindly agreed with. Also feel free to reject those same evaluations as seditious and the ramblings of a pompous douchebag who has no idea what he's talking about. I can be both. Enjoy the music and enjoy yourself.
